Kent Oliven was the former Palos Park Finance Director before joining the Village Calumet Park. Previous to this he was an investment bank performance analyst and former business owner. He has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts from the University of Iowa. He also has an Advanced Accounting Certificate from Northwestern University, an Advanced Government Finance Certificate from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, a Certificate of Municipal Leadership from the University of Illinois and a certificate in Government Finance Officer Association.
